The new pack of proposals put forward by the three European countries on Iran's nuclear case, failed to meet the minimum conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi in response to the EU proposal.
"The pack has not been drwan up within the framework of Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and the Paris agreement." Asefi was quoted as saying.
"Iran would never accept the proposal" he added.
Asefi reiterated that European countries did not keep their promises mentioned in the Paris agreement and said "we will provide an appropriate and complete response to them within the next two days."
As for EU's decision to hold an emergency session of IAEA board of governors, Asefi said "the move does is not legitimate and is only to increase political pressure on Iran."
He further added that "The Islamic Republic of Iran will never abandon its legitimate rights" .
