Dr Sadegh Zibakalam, Professor of Political Science at University of Tehran will be delivering a speech at the centre for Islamic Students Association (ISA) in London. The topic of the speech is oil and development. In his speech, Dr Zibakalam one of Iran's senior political scientists will have a look at the role of Iran's oil industry with regards to this country's development.
